Welcome to the official appointment page of Dr. Smrithi Valsan. By booking a consultation on this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.

Nature of Service

Dr. Smrithi offers online Ayurvedic wellness consultations. These sessions are purely for general wellness guidance and lifestyle support. They do not include diagnosis, treatment, or the prescription of medicine or products.

Booking and Payment

All consultations must be booked through the online system and paid for in advance. Payment is accepted via UPI. Your session is only confirmed once payment is completed.

Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel within this window, you are eligible for a full refund or a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed manually within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Client Responsibility

Please make sure you have a good internet connection and are in a quiet, private place at the time of your consultation.

Confidentiality

All information shared during your consultation is confidential. Dr. Smrithi does not share client details or session information with any third party unless legally required to do so or with your explicit permission.
